We're here to help.

Things not going so well academically? Struggling to keep up with your workload? Maybe you’ve got some personal stuff going on that’s affecting your ability to study?

We’ve got your back. Our highly trained advocacy team provides confidential and free advice to students having any issues with AUT.

What can the Advocacy team help with?

  • Appeal final grades

  • Representation in disciplinary meetings

  • Tenancy advice

  • General legal information

We can help with disciplinary matters, accommodation, employment (though we can only give legal information, not legal advice), study concerns, and formal complaints especially. We’re also going to be running streams on facebook live weekly from here on in to answer questions on the spot and give generalist advice.

And remember, there’s nothing to be ashamed about—our dedicated team deals with these sorts of issues on a daily basis and are more than happy to help you out.

To find out more or book an appointment, flick us an email. Alternatively, you can text 021 195 1178 and we'll try call you back as soon as we can.
