General Meeting
AUTSA will be holding a special general meeting
Wednesday 8 Nov, WG404, AUT City Campus, 12pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to ratify and adopt a new constitution to align with the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
PRIZES
TO BE WON!
• Existing incorporated societies need to re-register under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 or they will cease to exist.
• Societies must review their constitutions to ensure they can successfully re-register under the new Act.
• Recommended changes are both to comply with the new Act and in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AUTSA’s operations.
